Cowboy Cookout

The JL Bar culinary team has designed a decadent and interactive dining experience with its weekly Saturday evening Cowboy Cookout. Guests can take in the Texas Hill Country views from the Lonesome Creek Lodge Backyard, either indoor or on the back patio, with live music. Guests relax to country music and soak in the magnificent sun setting just over the treetops while enjoying cocktails and appetizers. Meanwhile, the culinary team prepares the lavish, protein-rich dinner chosen from menu options such as Tri-Tip, Sausage, Chicken, Spare Ribs, and more.
