The following information will make your visit smooth and easy:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This time will be spent filling out some required forms and enjoying our facilities while sipping on a beverage of your choice. As you will be provided a robe and slippers, special attire, jewelry and valuables are not necessary. Electronics need not be with you while you take time for yourself. While in The Spa, we kindly ask that soft voices, no cell phones, no smoking and no cameras are present during your visit.

If you have special health or medical conditions, please inform us upon booking your appointment so that we might provide you with the proper care. Heat and/or compression services are not recommended for guests with high blood pressure, heart issues or whom are pregnant.

Escorted guests of The Spa, under the age of 18, will be treated only if a release form is signed by the accompanying adult.

Reservations: A reservation with 2 weeks notice will allow us to provide you with outstanding service.

Gratuities are graciously accepted by your service provider.

Cancellation Policy

Spa changes or cancellations may be made without penalty by providing 48-hours prior notice to Guest Services.
Changes or cancellations made with less than 48-hours’ notice to Guest Services will result in a 100% charge for such Spa service.
Group services are specially contracted with their own cancellation agreement.
