The Archer's Nest Villa is a beautiful home nestled in a unique setting. It is located where the original homestead headquarters were established in 1906 surrounded by a 100 plus year live oak tree.

The light-filled, professionally decorated interior of Archer Nest Villa is a striking setting for your next unforgettable vacation. A 14-person, elegant dining table with contemporary high back chairs will encourage you to extend dinner well into the night. Several conversation areas comprise the huge living area with an adjacent back porch for comfortable seating. The home includes a pool house that invites indulgent afternoon naps. A gleaming gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be utilized the moment your group steps foot on property, just like home. Additional dining options allow you to sit or dine inside or out as you enjoy the fresh West Texas air and the quiet hum of nature due to the seclusion of residing off the beaten path. The facilities provide the opportunity for a True Texas outdoor barbeque in the barbeque pavilion.

The Archer's Nest Villa can sleep comfortably, up to, 14 guests with seven bedrooms. Five of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom has a full bath located just down the hall for stress-free mornings. The property boasts a large outdoor oasis swimming pool with a tanning deck, swim-up table, and landscape rock slide. Perfect for adults or kids. There is also a large pool house and outdoor kitchen with sliding doors to create the perfect combination for entertaining. After enjoying the day, wind down with a full-home theater room in the house.
