Nightly rates include many on-site activities (see Complimentary Activities) and free Wi-Fi. Additional hunting, shooting, guided excursions and adventures, as well as spa services, are available at a la carte rates. Pre-arrival planning is encouraged, as it allows each guest to create a customized and flexible itinerary that will fulfill expectations for the duration of the stay. Activity participation can be arranged through our Guest Services Team while on-property, based on availability, and settled at the end of the stay.

The Archer's Nest Villa
The Archer's Nest Villa is a beautiful home nestled in a unique setting. It is located where the original homestead headquarters were establish in 1906 surrounded by a 100 plus year live oak tree.
The Archer's Nest Villa can sleep comfortably up to 14 guests with 7 bedrooms; 5 bedrooms each with their own en-suites bathrooms and one with one full bath located just down the hall for stress-free mornings. The property boasts a large outdoor oasis swimming pool, with a tanning deck, swim up table, and slide. Perfect for adults or kids. There is also large pool house and outdoor kitchen with sliding doors to create a perfect combination for entertaining. After enjoying the day, wind down with a full home theater room in the house.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notification must occur by 11:59PM Central Time on the day that is at least 61 days prior to your originally scheduled date of arrival to receive refunded payment.
Cancellation notifications made within 60 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Reservation modifications such as party size or duration made within 60 days of arrival will not receive rate adjustments.
